WHAT: For ANY fitness level! HIIT fitness consists of fast, intense, short burst exercises combined with low intensity recovery exercises and breaks. It generally is not as long as your typical class so I combine in some refining exercises for the upper body, core and lower body to keep us tight and toned.
HIITness is perfect because it builds muscle but do NOT worry we won’t be bulking and muscle actually helps us burn extra calories at rest
HIITness will also help you build on your cardiovascular system and overall strength… but in less the time than your typical cardio exercise.. and way more fun!
We generally utilize our own body strength to complete most exercises so do not worry about bringing equipment! All you have to do is be prepared to give each exercise 100% for a set amount of time before a nice break to get the best results possible.
PLEASE BRING: A yoga mat, water, three pound weights. Optional: ankle weights
